How we make it
Quality is a series of small decisions made before the jar is sealed.
Fresh ingredients
Meat and seafood are selected fresh for each batch. If it is not fresh, it does not go in the jar.
Spices prepared by hand
Whole spices are toasted and ground in small quantities, so the aroma reaches the jar.
Slow cooking and oil curing
Each batch is cooked on low heat, coated in masala and cured in oil before it is sealed.
Clean, careful handling
Prepared in a clean kitchen with gloves and hair nets, then sealed, labelled and packed by hand.

How long does the pickle keep?
Contact us for the shelf life and storage guidance for your chosen achaar. Follow the instructions supplied with your jar.
How should it be stored and served?
Keep the jar dry, airtight and refrigerated. Always use a clean, dry spoon. Shake well before use. Warm up the required serving before eating for the best, authentic taste. Serve with rice, roti, paratha or bread.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is available across the Greater Toronto Area with minimum delivery charges. Courier delivery charges apply according to distance. Contact us for the charge and timing for your address.
How do I order and pay?
Choose your jars above and send your request on WhatsApp. Prices vary by pickle and size; your jar subtotal appears in the order form. Pay by transfer or cash in person at pickup or before delivery. We confirm your order and payment arrangements on WhatsApp; there is no online checkout.
